About Us

Established in 2000, South Shore is the area’s No.1 accommodationlocated in Kochi Prefecture (Shikoku area) right in front of the famousIkumi Surfing Beach.
We just have renovated our room and facilities this spring 2021, and are welcoming surfers, families, Ohenro travelers (pilgrimage), and any other customers with our best hospitality.

Facilities

1. Swimming Pool
South Shore is the only accommodation with a swimming pool in this area. (open during summer season)
2. Jacuzzi
We offer our customer with private Jacuzzi booth. (reservation required / 2hrs 5,000 yen)
3. Restaurant
We are open for breakfast and lunch. BBQ can be arranged accordingly.
4. Shower
We have 3 hot shower booth located in front of the swimming pool.
5. Private Bath
We have 3 private bath and just have renovated this spring 2021.
6. Parking
Free parking space available for our customers during the stay.

Services

1. Surfboard Rental
We rent surfboards for different level of surfers. Just have renewed our beginners surfboard (sponge) this summer 2021. Wetsuits rental is also available.
2. Surfing Lessons
We offer area’s best surf lesson for all levels of surfers. One of our couch “Roi” is a Professional surfer with international tournament title.
